Preface
. I wrote this book because I saw the need for us to change something in our lives: The nutrition,
what we eat, and the water, what we drink.
. I read a book many years ago about alkaline water, and remembered the benefits.
. Also, my husband Doyle was suffering from a diabetic callous on the bottom of his foot. It
was giving him pain and keeping him off his feet.
